The cottage has gas central heating and open plan living accommodation comprising:
Lounge/dining area: 2 seater settee and 2 chairs, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, colour TV and freeview box, DVD player, gas fire, radio/CD player and plenty of books and leaflets about the area.Kitchen area: Gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/drier and large storage area.
Outdoors: Large patio doors leading on to wooden decking and enclosed lawned garden with apple tree to the front. Paved patio garden to the rear.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with memory foam mattress, duvet, walk in cupboard with plentiful hanging and storage space, iron and ironing board, dressing table, large wall mirror, 2 bedside cabinets, touch sensitive bedside lamps, chest of drawers, 2 seater settee, hairdryer, radio/CD. This room overlooks the front garden.
Bedroom 2: 3ft single bed with memory foam mattress, duvet, single wardrobe with 2 drawers, bedside 3 drawer unit, wall mirror with shelf, touch sensitive bedside lamp, radio/CD. This room overlooks the patio and enjoys rural views. Bathroom: White three piece suite with over the bath shower. Full sized bath with shower attachment. Over the sink light with razor point.
