- Continue down hill to traffic lights.
- Turn right at lights, LloydsTSB bank is on the corner.
- In 100 yards turn right (following brown sign for Country Park; Leisure Centre)
- In 500 yards go past Newburn Activity centre.
- In 100 yards take right hand turn at signpost for ‘Blayney Row’ (Big Lamp Brewery sign ahead)
- In 2/3 mile take right hand road at ‘Parking’ sign and go round the back of the row of cottages (No. 30 is first house)
- Turn right onto parking space at no. 26 Blayney Row – you have arrived!
- Past Metro Centre and over Blaydon Bridge over the Tyne (big B&Q can be seen to the right)
- In 500 yards take slip road marked A69 Hexham and turn left onto the A69 going west.
- Continue instructions from ******* above
- At signpost ‘Newcastle 7 miles’ continue further ˝ mile until you take next left slip road marked ‘Throckley / Newburn and Ponteland / Darras Hall’.
- At roundabout take right turn towards Throckley / Newburn A6085
